• 2 naturally leavened Sourdough Pizza dough balls (fermented for 48 hours) 
• San Marzano Red Sauce 
• Fresh Mozzarella 
• House Toppings: spicy sopressata + jalapeños 
• This week's feature: The Señorita : Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ricotta Cream, roasted jalapeño pesto
• Czar salad kit (our take on a classic Caesar, but so much better) 
• 3 browned butter chocolate chunk cookie dough balls 
• 1 pint of Texas Honey + Toasted Almond Gelato
